Safety is our highest priority. All pilots, participants, and visitors are expected to follow these instructions throughout the event.<\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"5y90dr\" data-start=\"210\" data-end=\"227\">General Safety<\/h2><ul data-start=\"229\" data-end=\"546\"><li data-section-id=\"1t7i38i\" data-start=\"229\" data-end=\"285\">Follow all instructions given by the event organizers.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"dlkz6r\" data-start=\"286\" data-end=\"345\">Pilot briefing is held daily at <strong data-start=\"320\" data-end=\"344\">09:00 in J\u00e4mi Areena<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"p45rg3\" data-start=\"346\" data-end=\"402\">Flying activities begin only after the daily briefing.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1i0kkzw\" data-start=\"403\" data-end=\"473\">Always maintain awareness of other pilots, aircraft, and spectators.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"ltn2ut\" data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"546\">Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately to the organizers.<\/li><\/ul><h2 data-section-id=\"1yfei3f\" data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"568\">Flight Operations<\/h2><ul data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"971\"><li data-section-id=\"jvkc9e\" data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"630\">Fly only within the designated flight area and flight box.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"qk72cp\" data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"716\">Never fly over spectators, pit areas, parking areas, buildings, or the J\u00e4mi Areena.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"56u5oe\" data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"777\">Maintain safe separation from other aircraft at all times.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"yzyu29\" data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"845\">Announce takeoffs, landings, low passes, and emergencies clearly.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1c1m76g\" data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"890\">Use spotters when required or recommended.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"vhd9lc\" data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"971\">FPV flying is only permitted according to event rules and safety requirements.<\/li><\/ul><h2 data-section-id=\"15cz2hl\" data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"996\">Emergency Situations<\/h2><ul data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1311\"><li data-section-id=\"15lp549\" data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1144\">In the event of a malfunction or loss of control, steer the aircraft away from spectators, buildings, and active runway areas whenever possible.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1vi3wt3\" data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1220\">If an emergency landing is required, clearly announce it to other pilots.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"hqlfvg\" data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1311\">Immediately notify event staff of any incident involving damage, injury, or safety risk.<\/li><\/ul><h2 data-section-id=\"1lvluic\" data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1335\">Radio Communication<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1542\"><li data-section-id=\"6eyfsl\" data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1402\">Monitor event communications and follow organizer instructions.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"11k29na\" data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1445\">J\u00e4mi Airfield frequency: <strong data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1445\">123.650 MHz<\/strong><\/li><li data-section-id=\"zyg32l\" data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1481\">Event callsign: <strong data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1481\">&#8220;Lennokkimaa&#8221;<\/strong><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1n1uk35\" data-start=\"1482\" when not flying.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"p299at\" data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1714\">Perform range checks and pre-flight inspections before every flight.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"q9zoi4\" data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1790\">Use proper safety procedures when handling batteries, fuel, and turbines.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"5bnnng\" data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1844\">Fuel containers must remain closed when not in use.<\/li><\/ul><h2 data-section-id=\"wftw9s\" data-start=\"1846\" data-end=\"1875\">Turbine and Jet Operations<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"2117\"><li data-section-id=\"1ped9s5\" data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"1937\">Turbine aircraft must be started only in designated areas.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"c7f95e\" data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"2000\">Ensure adequate safety distance during startup and shutdown.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"ocrafy\" data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2059\">Have appropriate fire extinguishing equipment available.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"13ig2ok\" data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2117\">Follow all turbine manufacturer safety recommendations.<\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2632\"><li data-section-id=\"1jlmqje\" data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2459\">Fuel tanks must be empty before bringing aircraft inside the Areena.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"17wphit\" data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2523\">Use protective cloths or absorbent material under fuel vents.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"hpwkex\" data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2577\">Keep display areas clean and safe for all visitors.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"103jawe\" data-start=\"2578\" data-end=\"2632\">Respect exhibitors, equipment, and display aircraft.<\/li><\/ul><h2 data-section-id=\"9qjdtb\" data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2662\">Weather and Event Changes<\/h2><ul data-start=\"2664\" data-end=\"2839\"><li data-section-id=\"2rqy4r\"
